PLATFORM CHANGE NOTIFICATION

WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHY?

This notification is to intended to inform that we are migrating our Help-desk Support Portal to a new and better platform.


WHEN IT IS HAPPENING?

New platform will be live in production on and from 11th SEPTEMBER, 2018 1930 Hrs EST.


WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO EXISTING CASES?

  • Existing cases will continue to be operated from current portal until resolved.
  • Any new case raised on and after changeover will be created on new portal.
